Orders & Shipping
How quickly will my order ship?
If we receive your order before 11 AM PST / 2 PM EST, we’ll usually ship it out the same day. Orders placed after that time will go out the next business day. Please note: we don’t process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. For now, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We hope to expand in the future!
Where don’t you ship?
We’re unable to ship to military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) or U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa.
What shipping options do you offer?
Express: 2–3 business days Standard: 5–7 business days Tip: “Day one” starts the day after your order ships.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we do! PO Box orders ship via USPS. Please keep in mind that expedited options aren’t available for PO Boxes.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
We’ve got you covered. If your order arrives damaged, or if it’s lost in transit, please reach out to us at support@mcavybeauty.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to fix the issue and either replace your order or arrange a refund.
What should I expect during the holiday season?
During busy times like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and December 20–25, shipping may take a little longer than usual. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during these high-volume periods.

What ingredients do you use in your fragrances?
We craft every fragrance with carefully selected high-quality ingredients. You’ll find the full ingredient list on each product page. If you have specific concerns or sensitivities, our support team is always happy to help.
Are your products cruelty-free or vegan?
Absolutely. All McAvy fragrances are cruelty-free, and also vegan. You can check the product details for more specifics.
How long will the fragrance last?
Our scents are designed to linger for several hours. For the best experience, we recommend applying to your pulse points, like your wrists, neck, or behind the ears. Our scents are also safe on cloths.
Do you offer discovery sets?
Yes! We created discovery sets so you can sample a range of scents before choosing your favorite in full size. Please note, these sets are final sale.
How can I choose the right scent for me?
Each fragrance page includes detailed scent notes and descriptions to guide you. If you’re not sure where to start, a discovery set is a great way to explore and find the one that feels just right for you.
Account Information
How do I create an account?
It’s quick and easy! Just click “Sign Up” at the top of our website and fill in your details to get started.
What if I forget my password?
No worries, just click “Forgot Password” on the login page. We’ll send you an email with simple steps to reset it.
Can I update my account details?
Yes! You can update your information, including your shipping address, anytime by logging into your account and visiting the “Account Details” section.
How do I close my account?

Promotions & Discounts
Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?
Only one discount code can be applied per order, so make sure to use the one that gives you the best savings.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items are final sale and aren’t eligible for returns or refunds.
Do you offer student or military discounts?
We don’t currently offer dedicated student or military discounts, but we often run promotions and special offers, so keep an eye out!
